SINGER #121795 buttonhole attachment kit. Includes parts, instructions and the original box. Buttonholer shows rust, and may not work. I am not sure if it is complete, you get everything shown in the pictures.
One screwdriver handle is broken. Buttonhole attachment is rusty as shown in the picture. Cloth has rust, probably from buttonhole attachment laying, on it. Instruction booklet in good condition.
There is also a key and some type of metal feedplate included. Box shows signs of storage/use. As is.
